You’ve got to love it when you call an AC company at the crack of Dawn and they send the owner of the company out to service you by 8am!

I highly recommend Scott and Mission Air for HVAC services. Scott was always quick with replying to any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Mission air did an excellent job with our new unit install. They were on time and installed the unit promptly. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in the 24 years I have owned this home. I had been dealing with an issue from another HVAC vendor for 10 weeks prior to contacting Mission Air Services. From the first phone call to schedule the diagnostic, to the final fix - this team was attentive, quick and competent. In moments, the team that came out to my home identified the problem that was caused by the first HVAC company and also missed by a second technician I had called. Because I had a case open from the manufacturer, Mission Air Services connected with them, making the subsequent fix and management of the warranty parts seamless. The first visit, they got started late in the evening (after 6 p.m.) and stayed almost 3 hours working on the problem on a Friday night prior to a holiday weekend. If there hadn't been another failed part in the air handler (likely from the first issue), it would have ended there. However the part had to be ordered (the distributor was closed for the weekend) and they were here promptly on Tuesday. My equipment was not abused while they worked on the inside and outside units, where some vendors throw the panels and screws in the dirt. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the 2 visits required to restore the equipment, and all questions I had during the process were explained in ways that a layperson could understand. Several other communications were done via text and were answered timely. Each time I needed to communicate via voice, the phone was answered and questions were resolved while on a single call. I highly recommend this team, especially if you need someone to identify and resolve your issues with a deep understanding of HVAC and the right tools for the job. They are the best a c service around. I've used them at 2 of my homes and they were quick to arrive and resolve the issues. Their prices are great and reasonable. They don't just try to sell you a new unit. They try their hardest to repair the one you have. Kelly is the first friendly voice you speak to and she listens and puts you at ease in your stressful situation. Josh is literally the best and most honest technician. He has literally saved me thousands and rebuilt my old unit.
